When you submit an inquiry form, request a quote, or contact us via WhatsApp/WeChat/email, we collect: name, work email, phone or messaging-app ID, company name, destination market, product category interest, and the content of your message. We do not require payment information through this website.
How we use your data
Your information is used solely to prepare and deliver a sourcing quote, coordinate factory inspections, and follow up on your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unrelated third parties. We share data with a factory only after you confirm interest in that specific supplier.

Data retention
