Can you do custom shapes or fully bespoke moulds?
Yes. Custom-mould projects start from approximately USD 3,000–8,000 in tooling depending on geometry and material. Mould tooling is paid by the buyer, with the tool either retained at the factory under exclusive use or shipped to the buyer.
What is the lowest MOQ you have seen on custom-printed pouches?
Around 3,000 pieces for stand-up pouches with custom print and zipper closure. Below that, expect to use stock pouches with overprinted labels.
Do your factories meet EU / US food contact requirements?
Yes — our food-contact suppliers carry FDA 21 CFR / EU 10/2011 documentation. Available on request before sample shipment.
